Reporting a Problem with an Item or Shipping Damage

How to Report an Issue?

In most cases you will be asked to sign for the delivery of your item. Always inspect the condition of your item before signing for the delivery. If there are problems with the item upon inspection of your item make sure you note these issues on the shipping providers official paperwork.

Make sure you keep all of your packaging and shipping documents for a reasonable period.

Provide clear images of your item as a whole and the areas which you are concerned about. This allows us to consider your issue in the most efficient possible way.

Item's Damaged in Transit

If your item appears to have been damaged in transit, please make a note of the specific areas which have been damaged. Also please take a picture of the packaging of your item so we can see the areas which have been damaged.

Contact us as soon as possible (and within 7 days of delivery) to report an issues with your item this allows us to assess the extent of the damage to your item and decide whether it is best to repair, restore or refund your item.

Item Not as Described

If you receive an item which is not as described on the item page on the site. Please follow the instructions above under the subtitle all issues. Please contact us as soon as possible (and within 7 days of delivery).

Wrong Item Delivered

If you have been shipped the wrong item, contact us immediately. And we will make sure the item you purchased get to you.
