When you buy any item of furniture from Prestige Edition, you're buying peace of mind for life. We are so confident in the quality of our furniture, in the event your product becomes defective due to our workmanship we'll repair it at no charge to you. We've got you covered.
The Prestige Edition Lifetime Warranty is only available directly through our UK service centre. You just need to send us images of your problem. And then arrange delivery of this item to our designated centre. Once this is done we will fix your item of furniture (tiles are not covered by our lifetime warranty).
The Prestige Edition Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, natural ageing, staining, etching, accidental damage, malicious damage, deliberate damage, cracks or chips to natural stone.
Occasionally we may replace your item of furniture with an new, equivalent or better piece.
This warranty only applies to the original owner for products purchased after 1st January 2021 and will remain valid for 50 years from the date of purchase.
