Nero Impala
Nero Impala is dark grey almost black in colour with a speckled complexion. It is quarried from the Bushveld rocks2 in the Rustenburg region of South Africa. Nero Impala is often referred to as Rustenburg and Bon Accord. Nero Impala and Rustenburg are the same stone. Bon Accord is similar but has a larger grain. Bon Accord is also quarried in South Africa in the town of Bon Accord (hence the name) which is just north of Pretoria. Nero Impala and Bon Accord are dark grey and speckled in complexion when looked at up close but often appear black from a distance. Nero Assoluto
Nero Assoluto and Absolute Black are often used interchangeably. Most most commonly the term is used to describe the black granite quarried in Zimbabwe or the granite quarried close to the town of Warangal, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The term Absolute Black or Nero Assoluto are not used to describe a stone quarried in a particular place, but rather to describe a granite of a uniform black colour. These two stones are as pure a black you can find. From a distance, they look perfectly black but upon close inspection extremely small dark grey mineral deposits are visible. Delivery normally takes 8 weeks due to most granite tables on this site being made to order. Once you have paid for your table, customer service will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time for your table.
The Delivery Process: Products such as a granite table are heavy items of furniture. This means certain styles of granite table often require setting up in your home. For this reason delivery will normally be carried out by a 2-man delivery team. This will be carried out by at least one granite specialist. If setting up of your table is required this will normally takes no more than 90 minutes. Setting up your table can consist of the base or legs of your table being taken in seperately from the table top.
In the case of granite dining sets, dining chairs may be delivered seperately from the table.
